~ 3:04 AM ~
Blah blah getting abit sick of my current super duper unhealthy lifestyle. A peek at the time on the bottom left hand corner of the screen shows 3.06 AM. This time had become my average sleeping time since I don't know when. I'm horrified.

A typical day of mine starts at 11am-12noon and ends at 3-4am now. Not long ago I remembered lights off at about 2am and now it evolves. Trying to get back to normal... if not things get more and more out of control and who knows I might only sleep when the sun rise. -_- But well... getting back normal is not that easy. =X

Guess this is what happens when one has nothing on going in life...

Kinda amazed how I can just sit infront of the laptop and slowly minute by minute change my bodyclock. Lolz guess that's what evolution is all about huh... =P I just seems to be able to find something online to get interested at each night. Some example for the last few nights will be info for psp, how to go about 'fully utilise' consoles (if u know..), i've even spend hours at Wikipedia reading about anything and everything (its in fact interesting... doesn't matters that I can only remember vaguely and most prob mix up all the info =P) and well something that I'll visit daily... neopets =P (yes yes I still play that... I'm forever a child at heart... no its not childish! haha) and the list goes on and on.

So tonight I'm finding new stuff for my phone. Themes, games etc. And came upon the forum. Took a look and one of the post caught my attention. " Do you ever switch off your mobile phone?" Not coz it runs out of batt but manually? Come think of it, I don't turn off my phone unless I have to eg. malfunctioning of the phone. Other than that my phone is on 24/7. School, movie wadsoever its just silent. And I'm not alone. Estimated 90% of the people who responded to the thread belongs to the same group as me. And at least 75% sleep with their phone within reach. I'm included. Phone on my bedside table when I go to bed and mostly end up on/below my pillow when I wake up (alarm function). I'm suspecting part of my headache is a result of all the radiation I recieve every morning. The 10% who off their phone (at night mostly) can't understand why people will want to sleep with their phone on as they're not using it and might be disturbed by calls or messages. And of course the rest can't see the point why people bother to off it when it can just be turn to silent mood or even block off selected calls. Come think of it... No one in my house turns off our phone... not even my mom...

1 asked. So is this counted as a mobile addiction? Another can't imagine how he had lived those days without mobile years ago.

Yar. Think its an addiction for most. Just that how bad are you on that scale of addiction. Think I'll be about 7-8 out of scale of 10. Feel uneasy if phone is not with me when going out, even if I know that no one will be contacting during that period of time. Will try to go home asap whenever I forget to bring my phone. And in fact a low batt phone disturbed me less that a phone not by my side. I'll just be damn fustrated/irritated that it is batt-less. My phone other that a calling tool is also my alarm clock, my watch, my camera, my entertainment - games. Games on the go for poor gamers like me who yet to afford a gaming console (psp, nintendo ds) . And don't be skeptical of the games mobile phone can play this games, it can play anything from tetris to sim city, pacman to pokemon. Chionging pokemon these days. Don't use it as MP3 though... got my Zen to serve that purpose. But well you get the idea mobile phone had become such an important tool in our lives...

Think back, it's not that long ago when mobile phone been introduced to the world. I still remembered those days when my dad still carries a pager around. Then my dad first phone a big one... and how it slowly become smaller and smaller... and eventually how diffrent functions starts appearing in it... I only got my first official mobile in sec 3, and today I've become so dependent on it. Technology really change lives.

Lolz enough talk. 4am now getting sleepy le... nights! or should I say... Good Morning!
