八月十五... 月圆,家人团圆的佳节。
Direct translate: 15 Aug ( lunar calendar). Moon round, a festival for family to be together.

But well in such a busy society today, I doubt many will specially go home to get together. Those more traditional ones, mostly celebrate/get together during the weekend, well others most prob just cont' their life as usual with perhaps some mooncake (lol).

I also dunno wad I getting at... well just let me get on with some updates for those who still bother with my this rotting blog. =P

Working now at last... After all the protesting that I don't want to work in a bank... I still end up in one. -_- UOB this time round. First day was horrible coz I totally don't wanna work in a bank. Just took up the job coz if I reject again I think my mom about to disown me liao. And I think I'll be crazy by her nagging.

But actually now, today 3rd day of my work, I quite enjoy it as compared to DBS. The job scope is totally diffrent. I'm in Private Banking (Business Support) now. Well if you don't know, last time in DBS I'm in Risk Management (Trade & Operation). At least now I'm quite occupied and the things I do everyday is not constantly the same everyday. At least here I won't wonder why these pple won't die doing this office job, in fact I find some of the job quite interesting. Its abit like PR with the clients. Well thought the main thing I do don't do that, I help out with others now and then. The people around me are of a younger age as compared to dbs bah... Though at UOB here, my place is of a less privacy area. Everything I do can be seen... so very hard to slack sia. =X And hor... another thing is ... no one tell me anything about my pay yet!! -_- Hopefully I get it on time. I'm Damn Broke.

Last thing... I'm at working at OUB center, Raffles Place. So if you're nearby during lunch time or around 6.30pm... come find me =)

For now that's my update... actually got alot of more complicated stuff going on my head. But well as I said its complicated... I'll just leave it for myself to ponder on till I get to the mood to grumble at the same time I want to blog then I share it with you all lor =P

Home was kinda depressing the last few days with 3 'sickos' =P Everytime I go out and take a look what they're doing, most prob they're sleeping. -_- Luckily by yest. night quite ok le. But currently I feel my stomach churning with the bad feeling.. =S Due to the awful midnight snack. Regretted eating it. =X

Anyway some lame jokes to share...
1) I hope he can talk
One day a man went to an auction. While there, he bid on a parrot. He really wanted this bird, so he got caught up in the bidding.
He kept on bidding, but kept getting outbid, so he bid higher and higher and higher.
Finally, after he bid way more than he intended, he won the bid - the parrot was his at last!
As he was paying for the parrot, he said to the Auctioneer, "I sure hope this parrot can talk.
I would hate to have paid this much for it, only to find out that he can't talk!"
"Don't worry." said the Auctioneer, "He can talk. Who do you think kept bidding against you?"

2) Are you feeling better?
A little guy gets on a plane and sits next to the window. A few minutes later, a big, heavy, strong mean looking, hulking guy plops down in the seat next to him and immediately falls asleep.
The little guy starts to feel a little airsick, but he's afraid to wake the big guy up to ask if he can go to the bathroom. He knows he can't climb over him, and so the little guy is sitting there, looking at the big guy, trying to decide what to do.
Suddenly, the plane hits an air pocket and an uncontrollable wave of nausea passes through the little guy. He can't hold it in any longer and he pukes all over the big guy's chest.
About five minutes later the big guy wakes up, looks down, and sees the vomit all over him.
"So," says the little guy, "are you feeling better now?"

3) Turkey
A woman walks into a butcher's shop just before closing time and asks, "Do you have any turkey?" The butcher opens his fridge, takes out his only turkey and puts it on the weighing scales. It weighs three kilogrammes. The woman looks at the turkey and at the scales and asks, "Do you have one that's a bit bigger than this one, please?" The butcher puts the turkey back into the fridge and then takes it out again, but this time when he puts it on the scales he keeps his thumb on the turkey. The scales now show four kilogrammes. "That's wonderful," says the woman. "I'll take both of them, please."

Well that's all for today folks! =)
