Last week had been a great week..
Sis wedding with nice catch up with cousins.. and this time round came with a bonus of catching up with the UOB colleagues.. ") nice food too! hehe.
weddings always made me think bout lots of things.. just like 21st birthday lol. its when you'll see the important friends of one's life.. who are the real close ones.. who are those who had been there through thick and thin and will always be there.. and who are those who are just there cos they're just part of the life journey.. those ppl who say those usual greetings, and those who can don't say anything just a smile, a look and it meant so much more.. but those will often will be too busy to ensure things are running well like the bride/birthday girl.. haha.
of cos.. life's unpredictable.. things changed and what we see might not be what it will always be..
and Fri dear ZHSS 100th years old lo! Finally got darl, QQ and aunty together.. with special ah ma too! seeing ppl who we've not seen for sometimes.. great photo taking sessions.. and those VIP special guests, all the Lee(s) lol. too bad that eventually all decided to go back early.. was hoping for a diff great night out with darl they all around..
the 'proud to be a Zhonghuarian' moment when singing the school song.. How time flies.. 10 years since we entered zhss.. and we're saying.. where will we be in another 10 years time.. guess we've thought of that 10 years ago too.. glad that I still got them around now.. and hopefully 10 years later.. and many many more 10 years to go.. haha the dinner made us feel young with all the seniors, seniors' seniors around lol.
fast forward to a moment today.. another 10th year anniversary.. was listening to the radio trying to stay awake at work.. heard that S.H.E celebrating 10th year anniversary.. then I remembered.. oh ya they also 10 years lo.. a band that grew up with us.. they're special.. how they're introduced to me by aunty, how I first heard their song through the phone, how I got their first few cds.. lol. tt's 10 years ago. and of cos how there's some similiarity I'll tend to see.. the bond, the friendship.. but then well.. we're far away from their 10 years.. we didn't even managed 3 years lol.. but then who knows maybe 10 years later things might have change again.. tell me bout my current life to myself back in 2005, I won't have believed myself too..
listening to the short video on S.H.E. the djs talking bout how Selina getting married and how H.E will be there for her.. eyes did blurred for a moment.. lol.
think too much.
ok let's rewind back to the weekends.. sat night was another family night with the maternal side this time round.. time really fly ya.. we're all grownups.. great that we're still close in touch.. :) always hope that I'll be able to maintain this close will the paternal side.. with my dear little boys, with sis and eventually her kids in future.. lol.
Come back to present.. today 八月十五中秋节.. been a not so good day for me though.. haiz. guess its life's way of telling me.. Hey you've too much fun.. time to dampen your days.. :/
lost my ic for being goood to go down to suntec office to collect things.. hoping for kind soul to return it.. haiz. if not there goes my $100..
but well.. no point getting all worried and stuff.. life got too many things to be bothered about already.. lol though mood was quite bad throughout the day.. esp. with deadline to rush today.. tml will be a better day.. :)
when people starts to get use to things.. they begin to treat them for granted.. acknowledgement do made a difference..
but sometimes we know that some acknowledgement won't change anything..
well.. Life's too complicated for us to figure out in depth.. the simple rule as usual will just to be safe and happy ya. :)

Though now and then I'll still hope to hear the stories.. to tell my stories.. esp when life's not going well.. how I always wanted to send a message to 'scream' like the past.. seeing glimpse of their life.. I'll wonder the stories they have.. oh well.. life..
